In 2001, ConferencePlus moved their domestic operations to a custom-designed headquarters taking advantage of the advancements in fiber optic network and digital switching technology, positioning them as industry leaders for conference calling and audio conferencing. A new management team was introduced in 2002 as their parent company sought to increase revenue and profitability. The goal to reshape the company was successful and produced rapid growth and sustainability in the highly competitive conferencing arena.
